Team BS Motorsport had a great first season. With Felix Rosenqvist and Daniel Roos as our drivers, we finished overall 1st and 2nd in both the SM and NEZ Championship.
We are now firmly setting our sights on repeating this success in the 2010 season.

The Formula Renault Series will be run alongside the Finnish Championship and also a national race when in Estonia. Here in Sweden, Formula Renault will compete alongside Sweden’s biggest racing series, the STCC. Each STCC race is televised by VIASAT.  Around 12,900 motorsport fans come along to see each STCC race weekend.

Lennart Bohlin
Lennart has been in the racing business both a driver and a team boss for over 40 years. Motor racing runs in the blood, with Lennart’s son, Jimmy, winning both the SM and the NM in Formula 3

Jan Stråth
Jan also has over 40 years experience in the racing business. His daughter, Monica, drove during the 86-87 Superkart season in a team with Lennart.
Lennart went on to win VM, EM, NM and SM during this season.
Thed Björk and Mikael Karlsson have won SM and NM for Team Monica Stråth Motorsport.

Petter Dahl
Petter is the chef mechanic for Daniel Roos. He has a lot of experience in Formula Racing. He worked several years in English motorsport, including an early period with a rookie driver who was to go on to become one of the best – Ayrton Senna.

Piere Eriksson
Piere was the chef mechanic for Felix Rosenqvist in 2009 and for John Bryant Meisner in 2010. He comes from Vilhelmina, graduating from Motorsport College in 2008. He worked a season as race mechanic for, amongst others, Ford Team RS, Edward Sandström, Mattias Ekström Junior Team. In the 2009 season, Piere began as the test car mechanic and driver in Arvidsjaur. Piere has a great deal of experience as a race mechanic, despite his relatively young age.

Andreas Douhan
Andreas is the Team’s IT and Computer Technician. He graduated from KTH and has also trained with the Renault Formula 1 Team with Fernando Alonso driving. During the winter he worked with the Swiss Jenzer Team, assisting them with their tests.

Micke Lindqvist
Micke was the chef mechanic on Felix Rosenqvist’s car during the 2009 season. He worked for Monica Stråth Motorsport from 1990 onwards. During this period he was mechanic on Lennart Bohlin’s Ford Sierra Cosworth during the 91-92 season. Lennart drove alongside Stig Blomqvist.
Micke’s experience was forged in the tough rally world, assisting the likes of Stig Blomqvist and Ola Strömberg.

Jimmy Bohlin
Jimmy is the Workshop Boss and instructor at Bohlin Racing. He has also wonboth the Swedish and Nordic Championships in Formula 3.

Janne Andersson
Janne is a mechanic and instructor for Bohlin Racing. He is a 3-times champion in the BMC Cup 4 hour race. When Janne isn’t covered in grease and oil, he drives endurance races in the NSHC series. He can also be booked as a musician if you are planning an event!

Tommy Kihlberg
Tommy works as a team mechanic and firefighter.
